Return & Refund Policy/ 退貨及退款
The customer can return the item within 14 days of delivery. But the item to be returned must be unused and kept in its original selling packing without any damage and scratch.
Only items purchased through solobito.com may be returned. In that case, order date and order number should be provided to us.
Once the returned product is received and approved, we will contact you through email for acceptance of product return and in that case, Exchange or refund will be arranged within 10 working days. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error such as incorrect product delivery or product damage not caused by the customers.
