KYUEMON 是來自日本佐賀的有田燒品牌，創辦人久保田稔利用嶄新多孔技術，為有田燒注入環保概念，並憑著開發多孔陶瓷技術應用的創意，榮獲「日本科學廳長官賞」, 產品工藝備受日本及海外肯定, 美國藍瓶 (Blue Bottle) 交由麻省理工大學MIT物理學系研究人員設計的濾杯, 都是由 Kyuemon 久保田稔製陶所有限公司製造。
A family-run Arita porcelain brand. A forerunner of incorporating eco-friendly concept into Arita porcelain products. With the belief of ‘Ceramic is not only an object of art but also a potential ECO-friendly product’, its founder Minoru Kubota was dedicated to exploring porous ceramic technology and rewarded by the Science and Technology Office of the Japanese Government in 1996. Kyuemon is also the designated manufacturer of Blue Bottle ceramic dripper designed by MIT, ensuring the water moves efficiently across the ground coffee for the most even extraction.
